Calculate your tdee using an online calculator, and then track the calories you eat and eat less than your tdee

do what the other person said but if u wanna speed it up then strength train and try zone 2 cardio after lifting sessions

Yeah I hear cardio (even treadmill walking) after weights is beneficial. I’ve gotten into rowing and have been seeing good benefits
