Is pre workout good for weight loss? I’ve heard I should try creatine and pre workout and I’m not sure about either. I am in college paying my tuition out of pocket so I don’t have much money to spare in expensive things that MIGHT help a little.

you don’t really need either of them but creatine would def help pre workout is a waste of money tbh you dont really need it at all js come to the gym w the right mindset and you’ll be dine
