Are face pulls, RDLs and Weighted pull-ups good enough for solid back development?

Dedicated Weighted pull-ups alone are probably enough

Yep assisted are great. Do lat pulldowns if you can. I do weighted pull-ups and I still do Lat pulldowns to break plateaus

I really feel sore in my upper traps and mid traps after it but fair enough
