I keep it hella basic I’ll just make stir fry beef w rice or have them tuna packets with some pickle juice and rice or pasta. Sometimes if I’m hella lazy I’ll js cook up pasta add some marinara and then have a scoop of protein. Breakfast I lowk cheat and run those 10g protein pop tarts because they’re fire asf

Ease into it, especially for cutting, I start by getting used to smaller portions, then reduce sugar, then planned meals.

Protein and fiber should be priority. I found ground meats (ground beef, chicken, turkey) are really easy proteins to start with and you can normally see its fat/lean ratio. You can stay simple and mix random stuff or find easy recipes online for these. You can also find alternatives for most sauces and dressings (with greek yogurt or better ingredients) that can make simple stuff taste good without nerfing the macros.

Also make sure sure to buy in bulk. The easier and faster you are able to cook and eat, the better the experience will be and the more consistent you will be

Oikos triple zero vanilla greek yogurt, Kodiak High Protein Oatmeal, and Fairlife elite protein shakes are all also great options, the shakes cost a fair bit though.

They said healthy. With this you're just getting no nutrition and not protein so you'll lose muscle, harder to breathe during cardio, and maybe some lung cancer to spice it up

If you find a flavor you really like, add a bunch of it to greek yogurt and then top with fruit or granola and it’s soo good
