I did a lot of breathing work and deep core work and ish. SUPER focused on bringing my lower back into the mat, did a lot of weighted deadbugs, was always acutely aware of and fixing my posture, even just focusing on my midsection alignment during hanging leg raises really helped I do a lot of mobility stretching and normal stretching too

i’m not OP but working on glutes and core will help immensely. more muscle mass in those areas will naturally pull your hips straighter. this worked well for me but it might take a month or two before you start noticing a real difference. in general, having more muscle mass will almost always improve your posture as the muscles naturally pull everything into a straighter alignment. this works for almost every aspect of posture.
