How much are you eating? Is it possible for you to meal prep on the days you don’t work? I do tortilla wraps, chipotle bowls, easy taco bowls and it’s quick and efficient. Maybe you can hide or store it somewhere from your siblings so you can eat it. Do home workouts nd get one or two weights from 5 nd below. You walk already a lot so that’s good. And make sure to get 7-8 hrs sleep, water intake high if possible. you got it love

Tracking what you eat to make sure you’re getting enough protein/nutrients but still staying within your calorie range! If you want to lose weight you must be in a calorie deficit

I’ve used myfitnesspal before but there might be a better app out there. Chatgpt is super helpful too

Yah ever since I started this job I have just been eating out it’s been so incredibly hard because I come home literally limping 💀 maybe meal prepping is an option and I tried to do but I live with 5 siblings who devour anything in the fridge even if I throw a label on it

Yeah I get that it’s hard when you’re always at work. Def just do your best to make sure you’re making healthy choices, & whole foods over processed foods as much as you can. And calorie deficit is so important, you have to be burning more calories then you’re taking in
