By upper abs are fairly defined but my lower abs not so much despite me doing a lot of lower ab focused exercises. Does anyone have any advice?

Normally I would recommend losing a little more weight but you’re a female and getting much lower in bodyfat is not recommended. I’d recommend doing decline sit ups and progressively overload like you would any other exercise. Getting that low in bodyfat is not optimal for men either

If I really wanna feel burn I hold weight above my head laying down and that helps a lot
