Ignore Previous post, I looked at my physical tracker and fixed my split a little, now it’s actually goated, I do 2 sets to failure, with a warm up set, 4 day split with no rest days
Why do u do posterior and anterior? What’s the benefit of that?

There's also a substantial amount of redundancy and the lack of rest days really doesn't make much sense

split is designed optimally to not require rest days, as there are 3 days between each type of lift, as for redundancy, I have edited the split further, but I do wha to like for the most part

Even with 3 days between each lift having rest days is typically a good idea
