As a girl who’s main goal rn is to lose fat and get skinny should I get creatine and also any other tips (alr getting back into the gym 6 days a week for an hour when possible and calorie deficit Ik)

Creatine can help you look fitter by increasing muscle size making your fat look smaller in comparison

Creatine can help reduce body fat but only indirectly. Creatine helps improve your weight lifting. The better you are at lifting weights the more fat you’ll burn.

Creatine helps you be able to lift more weights by holding more water in your muscles(simplified) also having the side effect of your muscles appearing larger. This also means you can burn more calories by lifting more, but by lifting more you will be gaining muscle mass and not necessarily getting skinny, the key to getting skinny is calorie deficit. You can burn more calories by doing medium to intense cardio than you would by lifting weights (generally) (also sorry for the essay)
