How do you decide what to work on each day? I'll be like "let's do chest and arms since that's what needs the most work" but then I think I need work everywhere since I just started going
i do a variation of push pull legs split. pull legs push pull legs is what i do because i wanna grow my back and legs the most. keep at least 2 days between muscle groups to allow for recovery

Split the different muscle groups into different days and then rotate between days
