I’m in the army and I have to drag a 90 lb sled plus carry 2 40 lb kettlebells for out pt test and I’m not sure how tf to go about training for it

Any specific knee advice? I don’t have problems with them, but I also don’t want any. And specifically don’t want any as I get older.

Resistance training. Best way to reinforce tendon and joint strength is through regular weightlifting. Literally just a few sets of leg extensions and leg curls 1-2x a week is going to make a world of difference long term.

practice doing those movements. Like literally just start by doing carries and sled pushes with lighter weight, and progress over time
