You know what the bad part about working out while sick is? Nothing, go sweat it out it’ll suck now but I promise you once you eat drink and rest after you will feel 100 times better

I agree but I’d also like to warn everyone to be safe and cautious in general because sick people are everywhere, ESPECIALLY in places that have underpaid staff. If missing a shift means risking homelessness, people go to work regardless of their illness.

Thank you. My boyfriend is in the gym everyday and is severely immunocompromised. Like think about how messed up it is if you get him sick and fuck up his super awesome gym progress. Huge ick when people go out sick
