I have been trying to loose weight for a while, I kinda slipped from my routine. I was at 260 as a 5’6 Female, and I am now down to 245 thank god! I want to cut my calorie deficit to 1000, instead of 1,200. Any low cal meals to share 400-450cal range?I know when I was doing a 1,200 calorie deficit, I didn’t want to eat as much anymore. I have a food addiction and I use it as a coping mechanism to stress. I want to mostly curb my appetite so I do not feel hungry all the time. Im new at this so I am not really sure how to go about loosing more.
i just want to make sure you’re not going to deprive your body 🫶🏻. i became malnourished and lost all energy to do anything while eating 1000 cals because it was hard for me to fit all my nutrients in that amount and im 5”1’ :( although everyone is different, so what works for u may be different, but if you can afford a doctor they can help you possibly make a good calorie goal.
