Yeah stop doing that immediately. You need at least 1 rest day between working muscle groups. 2-3 is better though IMO.

U need recovery time so they get juicy. If you keep exercising it will eventually break

You can keep those without hitting them every day and they'll be better off if you let them recover

I really don’t think you need but one core workout a week, and 2 leg days a week at most 3. Recovery is just as important for muscle growth as stimulus is.
