Tips for losing weight while building muscle quickly? I’ve been lifting for a while, but I really gotta lock in on losing fat, trying to get down 30 lbs by the end of January.

you can do both but it's very stressful on your body. You should do this NO MORE THEN 3 MONTHS or else it will be damaging. Calorie deficit of 1500 Protein 50% Carbs 30% Fat 40% Go to the gym twice a day for 5 days. once for cardio, next for lifting weights. Last 2 days go once a day, one day for low impact long cardio, other day for deep stretching/calisthenics or HIIT

If you’ve been lifting for awhile, pick one. You can’t lose weight and build muscle effectively at the same time if you’re not a noob

Dammit, I guess I’m just gonna have to focus on losing the weight while maintaining the muscle then. I care more about the muscle but I really gotta lose the weight for smth.

That’s the move. The more weight you lose, the more muscle separation you’re gonna see so it’ll look like you’ve been building muscle.

I’m just hoping that I’ve built enough muscle so far that I’ll be able to do like 10 push ups and 3 pull ups after I lose the weight

i'm doing this right now and I'm completely exhausted, sore and tired all the time even after getting 8 to 9 hours sleep and taking all my vitamins. But I'm seeing extremely good results, and my three months is almost up in time for Halloween so it's worth it

oh shoot I meant fat 20% But honestly as long as you keep high protein and stay in 1500 cal you'll be OK

I’ll try this, I’ll stop if it’s too taxing on me. I just really gotta get down in weight and be able to do some pull ups
