I took a strength class yesterday I did the best to push myself but also listen to my body. Now it hurts to sit down . What do I do ? 😭

I’m so tired I go straight to bed I’m too tired to eat . I work in restaurant so I’m clocking in 10k steps

I dont do this often but im trying too. The pain was so bad I cant walk up/down or sit with pain
