I’m so tired I go straight to bed I’m too tired to eat . I work in restaurant so I’m clocking in 10k steps
Yeah you should eat in case that wasn't obvious
This exactly why I dont want to work out im never hungry and especially not for meat 🤮
I dont do this often but im trying too. The pain was so bad I cant walk up/down or sit with pain
