Before my workout since that’s all my schedule allows, but in a perfect world I’d have a small preworkout snack that’s carb heavy and a post workout meal with your proteins

Personally you gotta eat before, I thought oh maybe if I don’t I can burn more my fat in the end you can’t push as hard bc you lack energy. Post workout after 20-30mins ofc essential.

Before leg day it’s good to eat fats so I ate a calm lil pb sandwich with whole grain bread and got the best pump everr

I eat breakfast before and a protein mug cake after as a reward!

I’m not super knowledgeable, but it’s good to eat something before so you have some fuel or whatever. Usually like an hour or two for me. I wouldn’t go workout right after you eat since you’ll have all that food in your stomach

Important to get some protein and carbs in after you workout too. Helps your body recover
