After like 2 weeks ish ur body adapts and u start liking it more or less and getting more energy from it

Make sure you do a lot of warmup and stretching. Sedentary can make your tendons a lot tighter and weaker so your more prone to injury

I think I’m more flexible than most sedentary people since I stretch often bc I really really like how it feels and I’m good about doing stretches before exercises, but I’m not so good at remembering to do warmups, thank you for the advice!

i do too unfortunately so i understand. but definitely try bc sleep is where almost all your recovery happens

Also don’t over train in the beginning, if u feel super sore just don’t go, promise it will get better with time. But make sure to do some light things, like cardio and stretching on the days off, just don’t rot in bed
