You can eat whatever you want as often as you want as long as the calories you're eating is less than what you burn. You can calculate what you burn in a day with an online maintenance calculator

Try to eat Whole Foods or anything low calorie and stay consistent it’s fine if you mess up every now and again if you have a good diet 5 out of the 7 days of the week u should lose weight

i'm going to back this one up because while #2 isn't wrong, It's much easier to stay in a consistent deficit if you're eating lots of fiber and foods high in vitamins that nourish your body! Obviously you still need to stay in a calorie deficit, but whole foods makes that easier in my experience
