You should track the calories you eat and make sure they're under your total daily expenditure, which you can calculate using an online calculator. If you don't lose weight while doing that, lower the calories you eat

You need to make sure you're in a calorie deficit, so eating slightly less and moving slightly more. You should add in more cardio and remove unnecessary things from your diet like soda, alcohol, snacks, etc
