I need help. I weigh 250 and I’m try to lose 40-50 pounds by December. Is it possible if so please tell me the key to losing that much weight

Definitely possible, you’d be looking at 40-50 pounds in 24 weeks, or about 1.7-2.1 pounds a week. Thats a little bit more on the aggressive side of a deficit, but it’s definitely possible if you’re smart about it and are disciplined. Biggest recommendation is to track your calories. Buy a food scale, download an app like cronometer (it’s free) and set a sustainable deficit. Eat mostly whole foods to keep you satisfied, and set a realistic step count to hit daily.

I’d also recommend weight lifting, because it’ll allow you to maintain your muscle and lose mostly fat, which will give you more of that lean look, and less of that starved look.
