Bloat reduction from more potassium to have a better electrolyte balance and my testosterone was absolutely ABSURD during puberty which also contributed to how much water I was holding in my face. Aligning my jaw centred my nose, that sounds dumb but try moving your jaw side to side, you’ll notice it shifts your nose. Lastly, I got fuckload leaner. I was never fat, but floating at ~7% really sharpened my jawline too pic is for BF% proof).

So my nose didn’t shift 😂 I guess that’s just me, I did have an overbite and once that got fixed my jawline looked better. Man you did have a lot of chance though and that body 😩👌 man, the round pecs, the abs, arms….make me go feral! Nice work man!

Thanks haha ☺️ Sidenote: I don’t think the vast majority of people need to get as lean as I am to have a decent jawline, and I also was super skinny and lean before I got into lifting so it’s a natural spot for me. 15% or less is probably enough for most.
