Any advice for regaining confidence in the gym? Two months ago, I was resting in between sets and overhead a guy calling me a fatass to his friend. It still kinda hurts and I haven’t been back since. I don’t know how to stop being self conscious about it

Put in headphones, put your head down and work. You don’t get confidence from hiding away

most people don’t care what you’re doing or what you look like in the gym! don’t let two assholes ruin it for you. if you like it keep doing it

those ppl are one in a million. those kinda ppl hate us for being lazy and hate us for being active. don’t let em kill your vibe cus you’re trying and that’s more than a lotttt of ppl will ever be able to say.

Anyone who hates on you is less than you. Keep up the hard work, you’re doing great!

Just lock in and go to work. The results will speak for themselves.

Turn the hurt into rage and spite, grind even harder fueled by that rage and spite. Train to knock that idiot out.

As a girl working out in a college gym no one gives a shit. I have heard people talking about me before but I got noise canceling headphones now. Half the time my music is too high and can’t hear anything anyway
