Hey guys! I’ve been trying to get bigger in the gym recently (for reference, I’m 6’3), but day in and day out I’m barely breaking 1500 calories even though I eat a lot. Anybody have any recommendations for high calorie foods I can just blitz for ez cals?

Alright man, you’re right. I eat frequently, not a lot. I’m trying to find some help on how to bulk up the calories in what I’m eating while keeping the volume relatively the same. Probably stupid, but I thought I’d ask first before moving on to forcing myself to scarf down more food. You think you can help me out, or should I just suck it up?
