I track but I don’t log anymore. I became too obsessed and I eat the same shit everyday anyway. Occasionally I’ll go out, eat some good food, have a drink or two, but that’s like once a week or two weeks

I swear I can only do the deficit if I track calories cuz if I don’t it doesn’t feel concrete and I lose the motivation 😂
