how do you stay disciplined to workout consistently?🙇🏻‍♀️i work 9-5 m-f, have school 7-10 m-w, hw at night&trouble sleeping so i wake up w/ just enough time to get ready for work and go. when i find time to workout it is hard to motivate myself to push

Need to fix the sleep problem then you can have more energy and maybe make time but still that’s a tough schedule

yeah i feel like the sleep thing kills me! i’m so tired that when i find time to workout i do the minimum because im exhausted

Ok yeah then focus on sleeping more mainly. It’ll make it easier for u to fit in a workout when you’re short on time
