Figure out your maintenance calories and then go into a 300 cal deficit to start. Following that you should start working out every day but it’s fine to start with less and try to do cardio for 10 to 20 minutes three days a week at the start and eventually ramp it up to five days a week.

Just look at tiktoks/yt vids on calorie deficits, basics of strength training, and progressive overload. Through that you will slowly understand splits, form, and how to achieve your goals without wasting your time being discouraged. U got this!
