I’d work on your traps, and for lower lat I’d do db rows but not everyone has lower lats like that it depends on your genetics but looking good bro

Do a one arm cable pulldown, but keep your arm straight (elbow locked). Kinda like you’re sheathing a sword. If you watch sam sulek it’s an exercise he does

Keenan flaps and pullovers are the holy grail.
Also, important to know that the lower lats and upper lats can’t be biased individually.
