I’m a cardio girl who wants to get into lifting but I’m overwhelmed with where to start. Any beginner tips?

Also depends what you wanna start lifting, or if you’re trying to hit the big three (bench, deadlift, squats)

Start light, stay simple, and try not to overdo it. Don’t be embarrassed and don’t worry about form. No one will care what you do unless it’s unsafe. Recovery is just as important as the workout.
