Just started gym two months ago. Why does my one bicep look so much bigger than the other. But the opposite shoulder looks more defined lol? How do I fix this

Muscle imbalances are normal. If you want to correct them quickly, do unilateral work. Start with your weak side bicep, take that set to failure, then do your strong side and match the reps you did with your weak side. Eventually the weak side will catch up with the strong side.

If you’re a dude then those nighttime forearm exercises might be the issue but your dominant arm will be bigger because you’ve used it a lot more. It’ll even out eventually but you could use the smaller one to figure out how many reps it can do and make the bigger one stop at the rep number so the work equal amounts

It does affect the size a little bit but It’s more the strength because it’s the dominant arm
