Drink a crap ton of water, but other than that I don’t have any other advice sadly. You’re doing things right, legs days are just hell
Train with less volume
BCAA’s/Creatine
I only do 4 exercises 3-5 sets per leg days

You train for strength or hypertrophy? I couldn't imagine a reason for doing 5 sets of an exercise if it wasn't very low reps
Both. Hence the 5 sets with lower reps and 3 sets with moderate reps
