I know it’s everyone’s gym and I have no more right than anyone else to use the machines…but goddamn does it hurt waiting for the 60 yo woman doing 40 lbs on the leg press when I’m full stack it
I only have an issue with it when it’s quarter reps for 100. Like #1 said

There’s a dude in my gym who walks around like he’s tough shit, throw like 800# on leg press, so 1/8 reps, and then wait 10 minutes between sets

Totally agree. All for anyone and everyone getting work done in the gym, but god damnit you better be working

The only thing that gets me is when people do non deadlift exercises on the deadlift bar that is clearly marked as a deadlift only bar… especially when they are doing rack pulls
