Wanna gain extra body fat, and I’m all for protein, I get around 170g a day (as a woman) might be excessive but my fiber is good too. But it’s like… where the hell are the carbs. I thought carbs help with your performance, energy, glycogen levels, blah blah blah and hormones. Plus fat helps with hormones big time especially as a woman.
