Yess. Maybe not AS much bc protein is expensive but I still try to be within range bc it’s good for muscle recovery too + overall better diet

Yea but I might fall short abt 20 grams since I like to have some more carbs on my off days

On days I eat ranging from 130-150 (I think I’m 149) and off days 110-130 because it’s cost effective

The day you eat your protein doesn’t matter as much as just eating a lot of protein over time. If it’s easier for you to eat more protein on workout days, then that’s okay, so long as your average grams of protein per day meets your goal.
