What’s the best way to condition yourself into starting to do running?

If you’re not already do 5-10 minutes of cardio before your lifts.(I prefer to bike but you could totally use a treadmill or a rowing machine) It’ll help get your body warm for your lift and start that cardio building process, from there you can build into more dedicated running training days and then longer runs separate from your lifts

Walk jog then run

Start off by jogging half a miler for a week, then a mile, then 2 - then before you know it, you’ll be able to run 5 miles
