Need advice!! I have always wanted to get in shape and be consistent! I go through phases of going to the gym and running then I just stop. Now I don’t belong to a gym because I’m home for the summer but I want to keep working out. Any tips??

Bands 100% or if you can’t go to a track/park and search up track, football, soccer workouts those are always fun to do
