Genetics also play a part, i knew a couple people who could eat an entire pantry out and not gain any weight 😂

Started making my own food and it’s so much better. I have to take the time to cook so I can’t just start eating non stop right away. And I’m limited by how much I make

I literally had to. Ate clean and lifted for a whole year. My lifts went up, sure: by like 5lbs every 2 months. 1 month into the dirty bulk: most things are up 20lbs. I do NOT recommend this to everyone. But if you are one of those insufferable fucks w a fast metabolism, then that’s what’s helping me

It’s more of an idea of concept rather than a factual statement lol. It’s a lot harder to overeat on chicken breast and veggies because they will satiate you well before you are in a caloric surplus in most cases.

The evidence that healthier, nutrient dense foods tend to be more satiating relative to their caloric volume, meaning they require less calories to make you full from eating that thing, thus, making it far more difficult to overeat when you are eating nutrient dense whole foods.

Becuase thiocyanates, coumarin, and myristicin are so healthy for you. Not including the lead, chromium, and other toxic metals in grain. In addition to consuming over the RDA of ADEK, selenium, omega 3s, and methylmercury are so incredibly helpful for you. Eat an entire bushel of grapes and tell me how your stomach feels in 30 minutes. We crave sugary (both added on non) foods becuase it is the quickest way to get energy in the blood stream and keep us alive.

We’re talking about satiation? I’m not sure what any of you what you just said pertains to the topic, being overeating.

All of those compounds are prevalent in a variety of fruits vegetables and fish. Thiocyanates; broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, Lima and soy beans(consuming too much has negative impacts on the thyroid) Coumarin: cinnamon, tonka beans, bergamot, carrots, beets, can lead to liver damage Heavy metals found prevalent in rice and other grains, fish (salmon and tuna) Too much vitamin k can clause committing issues Too much vitamin a can cause liver damage and increased cranial

Pressure. I can keep going. Consuming nutrient dense foods may make you feel fuller but that doesn’t automatically make them healthier for you. You can overeat nutrient dense foods especially fruits and vegetables because they can put you at risk for greater health problems. But also not everyone has access to those foods be it cost or location and that’s not their fault

Even if you get Raising Canes, their chicken tenders are about 150-250 cals for about 20-25 grams of protein. If you have 3-4 I wouldn’t even call it a cheat meal

Yeah, but when you factor in the sauce (if you’re not getting the sauce just go to chick-fil-a it’s better) then its less macro friendly lol

The sauce is the most magical sauce in human history. Recommend the box combo, sub out the coleslaw for an extra toast, and VERY important, order 1 extra sauce. Box combo only comes with 1 and it isn’t close to enough. Your life is boutta transform
