I literally had to. Ate clean and lifted for a whole year. My lifts went up, sure: by like 5lbs every 2 months. 1 month into the dirty bulk: most things are up 20lbs. I do NOT recommend this to everyone. But if you are one of those insufferable fucks w a fast metabolism, then that’s what’s helping me
Becuase thiocyanates, coumarin, and myristicin are so healthy for you. Not including the lead, chromium, and other toxic metals in grain. In addition to consuming over the RDA of ADEK, selenium, omega 3s, and methylmercury are so incredibly helpful for you. Eat an entire bushel of grapes and tell me how your stomach feels in 30 minutes. We crave sugary (both added on non) foods becuase it is the quickest way to get energy in the blood stream and keep us alive.
All of those compounds are prevalent in a variety of fruits vegetables and fish. Thiocyanates; broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, Lima and soy beans(consuming too much has negative impacts on the thyroid) Coumarin: cinnamon, tonka beans, bergamot, carrots, beets, can lead to liver damage Heavy metals found prevalent in rice and other grains, fish (salmon and tuna) Too much vitamin k can clause committing issues Too much vitamin a can cause liver damage and increased cranial
Pressure. I can keep going. Consuming nutrient dense foods may make you feel fuller but that doesn’t automatically make them healthier for you. You can overeat nutrient dense foods especially fruits and vegetables because they can put you at risk for greater health problems. But also not everyone has access to those foods be it cost or location and that’s not their fault
