Looking for tips for a new gym girl! I’m 18 and I currently don’t have any access to equipment other than dumbbells, an elliptical, and a treadmill as I’m home for the summer and don’t have cash for a membership. Please dm me!!

If you have one in your area planet fitness has a promotion that offers free summer memberships for teenagers might be worth looking into

Hey girl! I highly recommend calisthenics (especially push ups, as they work a broad range of muscles and you can change your form/hand placement to target diff muscles). And depending on what weight dumbbells you have there’s a lot of weighted workouts you can do :)

Dumbbells are good, weighted Pilates are great and easy-ish to do at home… that + treadmill + progressive overload (more reps or more weight) + decent diet= fast results

unfortunately I don’t have a planet fitness near me, its about 1.5 drive so not necessarily worth it

In that case pushups pull-ups sit-up variations and running can hit basically every muscle group
