as a woman how do you bulk without hating yourself. like my face is chubby and so is my tummy now and its barely going to my muscles

You don't need to bulk, an excess of calories doesn't stimulate muscle growth

You don’t need to eat in an excessive surplus to grow, and to add to that you don’t necessarily need to eat 1g of protein per bw, 0.8 is enough. Carbs will not make you fat.

tbh I wouldn’t be trying to bulk if I were you unless you were suuuuuper skinny beforehand

bulk slower and less aggressively and keep your long term goals in mind. it's okay to be fatter than you want now, it'll all pay off in the cut
