Track your macros! Calculate your maintenance and each month drop 300 cal, start wearing a sauna suit/trash bag while doing cardio (wrestling hack for losing water weight) and don’t be too strict where you can’t stick with your routine.

Don’t drop the cals too fast, go on more walks, drink a lot of water, high volume low cal foods

Yea I’ve been slowly dropping cals over the past month gone from 2300 to 1750. I need to work on hydration that’s a big issue for me I think

Personally I use “lose it!” it’s on the app store. I find it super easy to navigate through and also to track yourself. It makes it super easy to track your macros if you have a scale (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) even if you go get in n out it usually has even the macros for it.

Start off with like 300 cal deficit for like 6-8 weeks and track your body weight and take progress pics to see if it’s working. You never wanna drop your calories unless you haven’t changed at all for like a week. You won’t stick with it if you cut too fast
