Use a TDEE calculator online to find the amount of calories you need to function/maintain weight. Subtract at most 300 calories from that. Eat in that caloric deficit with more protein than you normally do. Weigh yourself every day in the morning fasted. Walk more. Search up any workout split and stick to it for an extended period of time.
