I have terrible stretch marks and idk if it’s more from fat or muscle

flex whatever muscle is around those stretch marks and if it’s bulging through the fat then I’d say it’s because of muscle, I’ve gotten hella stretch marks since losing weight around my chest, shoulders, even around my waist because your body is trying to tighten your skin, eventually they’ll become very light and you won’t rlly be able to see them unless you’re still making consistent gym progress
