Two months post L2-5 5 disc herniation traction injury, been doing PT got cleaned to start working out again. Any suggestions for exercises I can to start getting strength back without putting too much pressure on my lower back?

How the fuck. I got an annular tear L5S1 8 months ago and still can't do anything strenuous without a flare up for a week

I went into some military training in crazy good shape so I’m pretty sure half my body is just compensating for the weak part, also got super good advice on fighting inflammation like a week after it happened
