i used to feel the same way. i think i almost felt guilty for leaving because i should have done more and like i didn’t give it my all even when i did. i started ending workouts on the treadmill with around 30 minutes of cardio and sprinting at the end so i was super winded. that helped me feel like i gave it my all but i hate cardio so i was always in a good mood that i was done with it lol
