Any ideas why my non dominant arm would be bigger than my dominant arm? I do everything right handed but somehow my left arm is bigger

Next time you do lifts that use both arms at the same time (benching, barbell curls, etc) focus your brain on how your form feels and the individual arms, sometimes I’ve noticed that my non-dominant arm takes more weight. Shoulder/stability issues can make that happen, just requires more mental focus to even it out
