Have any of yall noticed if cutting back on caffeine helped yall cut? Cause I used to maintain abs a lot easier before I started drinking coffee, but I was a running a lot more then too

For me it was the opposite, caffeine helped me lift more in the gym and caffeine should according to the science burn an extra 40-50 calories a day depending on how much you drink

also helps on a cut because caffeine is an appetite suppressant
