Oh my gosh you being a girl and having ACTUAL abs is genuinely a flex, you’re not like one of those fitness influencers who have no stomach and act like they have abs. This is honestly very impressive and would consider this actual abs, quick question do you do weighted or body weight ab workouts?

I do weighted ab crunches, leg raises, and decline abs every day! I also incorporate a crap ton of core engaging movements like sprints, running, heavy weightlifting- and always progressive overload!
