I ate like 500 calories today but 100 grams of protein is that ok or no? I mentally can’t eat anymore food

If that's all you're planning on eating then you are not eating healthy in the slightest. This level of restriction is considered malnutrition and you might worry about anorexia. Your body/ organs need 1200-1300 calories MINIMUM for functioning. Any diet or cut should be above that. Also the protein level means nothing if you're not getting enough nutrition to sustain yourself.
