Am I the only one who feels that the clothing you wear to the gym have little bearing on the effectiveness of your training?
I could lift in a polo shirt and khakis and I feel like it would pretty much be the same
I’m with you except for deadlift day. I don’t like wearing fleece or sweat material because the bar catches it and makes it harder. I wear a thinner material for that… otherwise I agree

ehhh kinda. some clothes i just can't get full range of motion in. and shoes matter a lot if you're doing stuff like squats or deadlifts

I gotta to rep the gymshark plus being comfortable for me and wearing cooling clothes makes me feel stronger and get a better lift in

I actually love lifting in flip flops even though I know that’s heresy

They’re so expensive, but they are really high quality and comfy. I have never felt stronger or weaker based on the clothes I wear, personally

The concept makes my skin crawl but I could see how it would help with tripod foot, that's the whole idea of barefoot shoes

Im just saying that being able to be cool during a lift helps me get a better workout. If im all sweaty and hot i feel like i worse
