Are there any other externals you can optimize first? Sleep/nutrition/stress/etc

don’t take gear unless you’ve maxxed out your natural potential and are extremely sure about it. Also maxxing out natty would be like 4 years along with having ALL of the methods(nutrition, multiple cuts/bulks, supps, splits, etc.) Very rare so doubt you should even be open to gear

No. I can almost guarantee you aren’t covering all of your variables (sleep, macro nutrition, micro nutrition, hydration, supplementation, training intensify, training technique, training recovery, quality of training, recovery, etc.) If you are not absolutely positive that you have all of these variables accounted for, then there is no reason to even consider hopping on.

One cycle is easy to manage, just make sure it’s like 200-250 test, with no orals or anything else. Get bloodwork before during and after. Fertility analysis before as well. PCT properly.

even if all you care about is the muscles not your health, those steroid gains could easily come naturally after a while. then when you hop on a cycle you’ll go a whole extra level
